2945707086-2 Apply for this job now Job Description The Retail Odyssey Company seeks a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support retail operations for leading CPG brands and major retailers. In this field-based role, you'll visit multiple store locations to execute planograms, set and reset shelves, build and maintain displays, verify pricing and shelf tags, and ensure on-brand presentation. You'll collect in-store data, complete mobile reports, and partner with store teams to resolve execution issues. This position thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on data-informed decisions and frontline excellence, offering hands-on experience and growth across merchandising and retail operations. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail stores to execute merchandising initiatives and resets Implement and maintain planograms, displays, and promotional signage Verify product distribution, facings, and shelf tags for accuracy Conduct inventory checks and complete in-store audits and reports via mobile tools Collaborate with store personnel to resolve merchandising and execution issues Capture data, photos, and insights to support analytics and client reporting Maintain clean, organized, and compliant displays aligned with brand standards Prioritize routes, manage time efficiently, and meet tight project deadlines Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Category management basics Inventory auditing Point-of-sale and shelf tagging Data entry and mobile reporting tools Retail math and basic analytics Time and route management Vehicle travel and navigation Customer and client communication
