RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel to assigned store locations Remain discreet while you pose as a regular customer Interact with employees over the phone and in-person to gauge customer service Inspect the store's environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement Purchase random and specific items to assess product quality Retain receipts as proof of purchase for later reimbursement Complete and submit a written report detailing the shopping experience after each store visit Disclose competing interests including prior loyalty to or dislike of stores or products Accurately log hours worked Store copies of completed assignments

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read and write Reliable transportation Ability to meet assignment deadlines May be required to stand for long periods Strong attention to detail No set day or time for the route to be completed. The shopper will watch a training video. Get a shopper code then start the route. There is a 800 number open 24/7 and as long as the stores are open on your route it can be completed. This is a day assignment going to multiple stores in a route in Pittsburgh. Must have own car and Drivers License. Additional Details
