Shop Maintenance Administrator - Diesel Shop We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Administrator to join our diesel shop team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities, managing parts inventory, and supporting our technicians in delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for diesel engines and equipment Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking parts supplies Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and service history Assist technicians with parts identification and procurement Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely parts delivery Join our team and be part of a company that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance administration, preferably in an automotive or diesel shop environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of diesel engine parts and maintenance procedures is a plus Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
