Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right small engine parts and accessories by providing expert advice based on their needs. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and conducting regular stock audits using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit card payments with professionalism. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and personalized service to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the service department and other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment. Requirements Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, maintenance, and record keeping tasks. Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication expertise. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
