Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts & Work Order Coordinator to support our auto body and collision repair shop and coordinate with sublet shops. This role is responsible for managing all parts procurement, inventory control, and tracking, while accurately entering and maintaining work orders in our key systems, including Auto Integrate and e-Repair . The ideal candidate will help keep repairs running smoothly by ensuring parts are available when needed and that all job information is properly documented. This position is critical to production efficiency, cost control, and delivering quality repairs on time. Key Responsibilities Parts Management Order, receive, verify, and track all parts and materials for collision repairs. Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts. Organize parts storage for quick access by technicians. Manage vendor relationships, track pricing and lead times, and process returns/credits. Expedite parts deliveries to minimize repair delays. Work Order & Systems Management Input and update all work orders, repair details, and job progress into Auto Integrate , e-Repair , and other shop systems. Track parts status, deliveries, and labor within the systems. Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for billing, insurance, and reporting. Generate reports on inventory, work order status, and productivity. Coordinate with estimators and technicians on parts needs and job timelines. General Support Anticipate parts requirements to support efficient shop workflow. Assist with administrative tasks related to repairs and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts area. Support continuous improvement of parts processes and system usage. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) 1-3 years of experience in automotive parts, inventory, collision repair support, or shop operations Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry and shop management software Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment and handle multiple priorities Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Preferred Previous auto body or collision repair shop experience Familiarity with Auto Integrate, e-Repair, or similar systems Knowledge of OEM/aftermarket parts and repair processes Experience with fleet or commercial accounts Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and lifting in a shop environment. $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
