Medical, Dental, AD&D Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records, logs, and paperworkEnter and update information in computer systems and spreadsheetsAssist with inventory tracking and documentationReceive, organize, and distribute parts, supplies, and materialsIssue parts, tools, and supplies to employees as neededVerify quantities, item numbers, and descriptions of parts and materialsMaintain accurate inventory countsLabel and organize parts and suppliesAssist with ordering and restocking materialsCommunicate with supervisors, warehouse personnel, maintenance teams, and other departmentsAnswer phones, respond to requests, and provide general administrative support as neededMaintain organized files and recordsFollow company safety, quality, and inventory proceduresAssist with general warehouse and clerical duties as assignedPerform other duties as assigned by management QualificationsPrevious clerical, inventory, parts clerk, warehouse, manufacturing, or administrative experience is preferred but not requiredBasic computer skills and ability to learn new software systemsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, or data entry preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and understand labels, part numbers, and written instructionsBasic math skills for counting and inventoryStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisorsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift as neededAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Why Work With Full Steam Staffing?
