Our facility specializes in all aspects of fire truck and ambulance repair. As a parts representative, you will possess the knowledge to locate and purchase parts from various venders, create strong customer relationships, sell products at competitive mark-ups, and maintain accurate inventory control. Position Qualifications:

Candidates must meet all the following minimum qualifications in order to be considered for the position:

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age 3 years of Parts Sales experience 3 years QuickBooks experience Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics Knowledge of Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience with inventory control systems Strong customer service relations Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) Preferred requirements: Prior experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry

Responsibilities:

Order parts for in-house emergency apparatus repairs, crash vehicle repairs and individual customer needs Monitoring inventory needs and maintaining inventory accuracy Setup orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other necessary information to customers Responsible for order entry and order management
