VMI Lead Operator Hire Right Recruiting Louisville, CO Job Details Full-time $23 - $28 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Description A growing plumbing supply company is opening its first vendor managed inventory (VMI) operation in Colorado and needs a sharp, self-driven operator to run it. You will be the face of the company inside a busy contractor shop in Louisville, CO, just outside Boulder, managing inventory and building the customer relationship every day. This is a key growth role with real ownership from day one. This is a full time position with benefits; benefit details are provided during the hiring process. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Key Responsibilities Run the day to day operation of an on-site VMI at a customer facility in Louisville, CO Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and organization of the inventory Act as the boots on the ground representative of the company with the customer Handle customer facing questions and concerns quickly and professionally Use down time to improve the product offering and strengthen the customer relationship Keep the operation clean, organized, and accurate with regular cycle counts Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in plumbing supply, wholesale distribution, warehouse, or inventory management preferred Self starter who stays productive and accountable without supervision Strong customer service instincts and communication skills Comfortable with basic inventory software and ordering systems Reliable, punctual, and responsible with your time Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen About Hire Right Recruiting At Hire Right LLC , we partner with skilled trades and service businesses to build teams that last.
