Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership's customers. Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessories merchandise, parts history, and motorcycle service. Assist customers with determining what Parts and Accessories are required and research merchandise in catalogues when needed. Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate and balance cash drawers nightly.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience. Experience with Point of Sales and computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn. Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories. Harley-Davidson parts experience preferred. Motorcycle License preferred.
