Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Utilizing the Intermec handheld scanners, the parts handler will be responsible for processing parts order activities and maintaining associated paperwork. Receive, pick, package, and sort parts orders ensuring accuracy of delivery location. Will unload, sort and stage daily stock. Participate in inventory counting/surplus/relocations throughout the year. Parts handler will verify part location and quantity picked for each line item. Research and assemble hydraulic hoses. Maintain safety and housekeeping areas. Regularly lift, move, and position equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Assisting customers directly with Will Call orders. Picking/Loading orders Process returns Receiving orders based on priority Follow up on orders that are awaiting pick up.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical knowledge and ability to use basic tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Forklift experience. Strong computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.
