Back Counter Parts Associate A minimum of two years of automotive or heavy-duty truck parts experience is required.

Compensation:

Base hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with guaranteed earnings during the acclimation period. Bayshore Truck Center is seeking an experienced Back Counter Parts Associate to support our busy in-house service department. In this role, you will work closely with technicians and service advisors to research, source, and provide the correct parts for each repair order. Responsibilities Assist technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts for repairs Research parts using catalogs, diagrams, and dealership systems Inform technicians of required companion parts and related components Provide accurate pricing, availability, and estimated delivery times Process parts requests and orders promptly and accurately Pull and stage parts for repair orders, ensuring they are properly tagged with the customer name and job number Notify the service department when ordered parts arrive Follow up on back-ordered and special-order parts Review repair estimates to confirm parts and pricing are accurate Answer phone calls and provide parts information when needed Work with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time Assist with tracking lost sales and parts availability Maintain current product knowledge through ongoing training Provide dependable, responsive service to technicians and the service team Qualifications Minimum of two years of automotive or heavy-duty truck parts experience Strong knowledge of parts research, ordering, and inventory processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to learn new products, systems, and technologies Why Join Bayshore?
