Parts Associate Iron Hill Harley-Davidson & Powersports | Waukon, Iowa Do you enjoy motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and helping people find exactly what they need? Iron Hill Harley-Davidson & Powersports is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Associate to join our growing team. Whether it's helping a rider customize their Harley-Davidson, finding the right maintenance parts, or assisting customers with accessories for their powersports vehicles, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Assist customers in person, and over the phone with parts and accessory purchases. Research and locate the correct OEM and aftermarket parts. Recommend accessories and upgrades that enhance the customer's riding experience. Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain accurate inventory counts and merchandising displays. Process special orders and communicate arrival updates with customers. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and inviting. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable learning computer software and parts lookup systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous parts, automotive, powersports, retail, or dealership experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
