JOB DESCRIPTION

Parts and Supply Assistant Managerhelps manage the Formulation Area parts room effectively and efficiently; by planning, scheduling, and supervising the Parts Room Team Members. This position maintains sufficient and accurate inventory to support Production and Shipping efforts to maximize plant up time and minimize inventory cost, prepares purchases orders and submits them for review, and works with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries.

FMLA QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/G.E.D., Inventory and Parts Room Experience is a must, detailed oriented, administrative and clerical skills, ability to communicate effectively, ability to operate Windows based software, occasionally lift at least 60 pounds, and frequently reach, twist, climb stairs, sit and stand during 8-hour shift.
