Powersports Parts Specialist - Full Time Golden Spike Powersports in Ashton, Idaho, is looking for a knowledgeable and dependable Powersports Parts Specialist to join our team. This position helps customers and technicians find the correct parts, accessories, and riding gear while keeping the parts department organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person and over the phone Look up and identify parts using online catalogs and manufacturer systems Recommend appropriate parts, accessories, and riding gear Order parts and provide customers with accurate updates Receive, label, stock, and organize inventory Pull parts for the service department Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory Keep the parts counter and storage areas clean and organized Work closely with the sales and service departments

Qualifications:

Powersports knowledge is required Familiarity with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, parts, and accessories Strong customer-service and communication skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning parts-catalog systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous parts, dealership, mechanical, or retail experience is preferred
