Turfwerks is looking for a Equipment Service & Parts Coordinator to provide operational support for service, parts, and warehouse functions through customer service, equipment logistics, order fulfillment, inventory management, and general administrative assistance.

//www.davisequip.com/employment/ for more information and to apply online Essential Functions Respond customer inquiries over the phone and via email Fulfill orders by pulling parts, packing boxes and shipping packages as required Assist with periodic parts inventory Coordinate equipment setup, repairs and deliveries Safely load, secure, and transport equipment to/from customers or between Turfwerks locations Keep records of pickup and deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and receipts Maintain trucks, trailers and related warehouse equipment in good condition Maintain required certifications in accordance with DOT, OSHA and company policies Qualifications Prior experience with service scheduling preferred Prior warehouse or parts experience preferred General knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance and safe practices Excellent interpersonal skills that translate to great customer service; able to communicate and negotiate with people at all levels Good organization and time management skills; able to prioritize workload in alignment with company goals Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn, and become proficient in, shipping applications and industry-specific software Special Considerations In general, work occurs in a warehouse or shop setting during regular business hours, Monday

• Friday; however, work outside normal hours may be required during peak seasons and to meet service or delivery deadlines. Day travel within Illinois and the Chicago metro is often required; overnight travel may be required in rare instances The demand of this position often requires a medium to high level of physical endurance.
