Job Description

Position Overview:
Provide excellent customer service and support to our distributor network by managing all aspects of supplying parts per their requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Field all parts inquiries from distributors via phone, e-mail, and fax Interact with distributors to determine their part needs Identify repair parts required by reviewing bill of materials Provide quotes to distributors for parts related orders Maintain parts pricing Coordinate printing of shipping paperwork for UPS/LTL shipments Follow up with Shipping on past due UPS/LTL shipments Interact with Engineering with product related questions Work with Production Inventory Control and Purchasing to determine part availability Process warranty related orders submitted from Product Support Expedite orders when necessary
Position Requirements:
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers as well as coworkers. Must have strong analytical reasoning and problem solving abilities. Need to be organized and able to prioritize workload to meet customer's expectations. Need to be a team player, self-starter, and able to make changes and improvements to do the job efficiently. Must be customer focused and able to work in a fast paced environment. Computer skills to include Excel, Word, and AS400. Physical/Mental Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Functions of the
Position:
Normal standing, walking and lifting in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting and telephone usage.
