Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Shipping Specialist to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient shipping of parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers and internal departments. Your expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping logistics will drive seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, organization, and proactive problem-solving are essential for success. Duties Prepare and package parts for shipment, ensuring compliance with packaging standards and trade regulationsCoordinate with warehouse distribution teams to streamline order picking, packing, and shipping processes Manage shipping & receiving documentation accurately using ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms Conduct data entry tasks related to order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using Microsoft Office tools and NetSuite ERP. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues promptly and provide tracking information as needed Experience Proven warehouse experience with a focus on shipping logistics, order fulfillment, or inventory management Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, order picking, load & unload procedures, and packaging techniques Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and inventory management software Ability to operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong basic math skills for accurate counting, measurements, and calculations related to shipments Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of shipments and inventory movements Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating effective communication with internal teams and external partners Join us in this exciting role where your organizational skills and passion for logistics will help us deliver excellence every day!
