Position Summary Heavyquip is looking to invest and develop the right candidate to drive Parts sales for heavy construction equipment (Excavators, Pavers, Dozers, Mini Ex, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, etc.). Heavyquip continues being the industry leader for aftermarket equipment parts. This is a straight hourly job plus incentives.- Must have knowledge of construction parts. i.e. bulldozer, excavator, etc.
- Responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries, and questions regarding our parts; and seek remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and ensuring all orders are processed by the end of the day.
- Conducts sales of parts over the phone and over the counter.
- Familiar with construction equipment parts.
- Must be familiar with basic technical information related to heavy construction equipment to assist customers in their needs.
- Coordinate with customers, operations, traffic, outside sales, purchasing and sales management to expedite or troubleshoot customer orders.
