Parts Counterperson - Porsche New Orleans Join the Porsche New Orleans Team! Porsche New Orleans is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing team in Metairie, Louisiana. Responsibilities Assist technicians and retail customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. Accurately process parts requests, invoices, and special orders. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive parts in a timely manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department. Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and other departmental projects as needed. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience is preferred; dealership experience is a plus. Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency; dealership management system experience (CDK experience is a plus). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
