Job Description

Mgr Svc Parts Strategic Bus - req1764 OVERVIEW The Service Parts Strategic Business Manager is responsible for selling Medical Marketplace service solutions to nation-wide customers to increase incremental service revenues and retain the existing online customer base. Collaborates with the Zone Sales and Service teams to support new online part sales opportunities. Collaborates with the Zone Sales and Service team to identify, qualify, sell and support implementation of Medical Marketplace, report online parts business trends and competitive activities. Ensure that the Medical Marketplace budget is achieved. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is remote position Salary is $100K plus target incentive Achieve or exceed Parts sales objectives for Medical Marketplace. Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to expand online customer base. Assess customer need and sell service solutions to the assigned customers; (i.e. Asset Management, Multi-Vendor, 3rd Party, Clinical Engineering, Radiology). Provide overall service marketing support of e-commerce platform, including online customer experience, order logistics, help desk/tech support, marketing promotions and finance liaison. Support marketing promotions to build customer awareness and drive platform adoption, by appropriately configuring the e-commerce platform promos and discounts. Establish cross-sell and pricing rules in collaboration with the parts team. Support the development and continuous improvement of digital distribution channel. Work closely with Order and Logistics counterpart to ensure order processing, error correction, shipping logistics, payment processing are all working smoothly and images are available for all parts. Act as a resource to provide customer account support, facilitate online registrations, order support, site promotion and timely issue resolution. Collaborate with finance to resolve any credit management, credit card processing and tax implication issues as they pertain to the e-commerce platform. Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns, service sales leads and cold-calls to capture incremental service sales. Monitor and Coordinate Service customer relationships for fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Healthcare outside direct selling skills. Diagnostic Imaging Parts selling and distribution knowledge. Asset Management or Multi-Vendor program knowledge. Group Purchasing organization and IDN contracting knowledge. Keen ability to grasp diagnostic imaging technology, terminology, and industry practices for the purposes selling service contracts and other service-related products. Strong ability to effectively converse with imaging professionals. Develop and implement market penetration strategies that will increase sales. Leverage competitive analysis and market research to develop sales strategies that will ensure sales success. Proactively create mind-share to promote the product line. Establish relationships with key thought leaders in the zone (market influencers). Perform and manage administrative functions/responsibilities in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Outstanding presentation skills, including presenting to the C-suite and in large audiences. Background in administrating content management system Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and online shopping channel management. Up-to-date and conversant with social and online culture and trends. Well-organized with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Manage time and competing deadlines effectively. Passion for quality with great attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with e-commerce platforms preferred. Strong analytical and business acumen. Proven leadership experience. 4 Year / bachelor's degree Equivalent experience in lieu of degree 5 years Outside direct sales experience selling capital equipment service contracts and other products and solutions. 3 years' service sales experience selling Asset Management or Multi-Vendor programs that includes diagnostic imaging and/or clinical engineering equipment #LI-LP1 #LI-Remote About us!
