Job Summary My Lakeshore Subaru opened its doors in 2025 as the largest Subaru facility in Michigan! We are looking to add an experienced Parts Specialist to our team! We offer an aggressive pay plan and the most flexible schedule in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Greeting retail customers and discussing their needs. Communicate with technicians and service advisors. Answer customer calls and establish follow-up on parts orders. Utilize computer systems to manage parts workload. Respond quickly to the internet, and phone inquiries using email, phone. Keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management. Qualifications Attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem solving skills Patience to cope with different customers' personalities We're looking for applicants who exhibit qualities of integrity, willingness to be challenged, eagerness to learn and are compassionate towards customers and coworkers alike.
