Job Description

Crossroads Chrysler Jeep of Henderson is seeking a driven Parts Advisor ready to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-franchise dealership environment. If you're driven by customer satisfaction and efficiency, this is your opportunity to join a top-tier automotive group in the Southeast.

What You'll Do:

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts selection and sales Pull and prepare parts orders Answer customer and technician inquiries by phone and in person Provide pricing, availability, and product information Support service technicians with parts for repairs Follow all company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

3+ years of automotive parts experience required Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus Strong customer service and computer skills Valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review
