Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent A professional, upbeat and friendly attitude. Must also be a team player. Strong communication Self-motivated and strong analytical skills Clean, valid driver's license Attention to Detail Computer proficiency Willing to learn additional responsibilities to assist your team This candidate will assist the parts department by: Deliver and pickup parts to outside facilities as needed. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment. Pulling parts from stock for technicians Putting parts away after delivery Taking parts inventory counts Helping maintain an organized parts department Identifying exactly the right part for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced Assisting all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies Locating available parts, when the dealership is out of stock Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership Calling customers for special order parts that have been delivered Ordering Accessories for high-end model car, truck and SUV Achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts for seeking out and soliciting parts business Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs Excellent customer service Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer Pay types: Commission pay is Guaranteed for the first 60 days during the training period in addition to base pay.
