COUNTER SALES REP

General duties: Under general supervision, uses T&T's systems to look up, research and then sell a variety of parts and assist in the scheduling of customers for installation and service of their commercial snowplows, salters, and sanders. Be Positive, professional, and dependable enough to work 8hr. days. Interact well with your customers via phone, email and walk-ins. Utilize T&T's program to determine correct parts and quantities needed. Generating Sales and Work orders Checking in Vehicles using T&T systems and processes. Cashing out of customers and accepting payment. Communicate with the Service department and follow up with your customers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Take inventory as needed Assist in general housekeeping of showroom Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Truck / Snowplow / parts experience preferred. Computer skills and ability to navigate company systems Ability to lift up to 40lbs. NYS Drivers License A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized
