Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the correct auto parts and accessories by leveraging your automotive parts knowledge. Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product recommendations, and follow-up to foster loyalty and repeat business Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts Experience Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, or automotive repair within a dealership or retail environment Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories sales, inventory management, and automotive service processes Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes Familiarity with dealership operations, POS systems, Microsoft Office suite, and inventory control software such as CMMS is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities) are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles involving retail math, cash handling, phone etiquette, and client communication is preferred Join us as an Auto Parts Counterperson where your enthusiasm for automotive technology meets your talent for sales and customer service!
