Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct diesel truck parts and accessories.

Maintain accurate inventory, stock levels, and parts organization.

Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

Work collaboratively with the service and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the diesel truck parts or heavy-duty truck industry.

Strong knowledge of diesel truck parts and components.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
