Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories, providing expert advice based on their vehicle needs Manage inventory levels using inventory control systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to ensure stock accuracy Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures Collaborate with technicians and clients to diagnose equpment issues using diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Stock shelves, organize parts displays, and ensure the availability of high-demand items for quick retrieval Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service Maintain detailed records of parts sales, inventory movements, and customer interactions to support seamless operations Qualifications Proven experience in parts management or dealership experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment systems, automotive repair, and maintenance procedures Familiarity with inventory management software such as CMMS or similar systems Excellent communication skills.
