Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Parts Coordinator to join our family team! This vital role involves placing orders, price quotes, order updates with vendors, receiving inbound parts, handle returns and general customer service to ensure a smooth workflow across the body shop. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and a team player. Duties Order parts Receive parts Keep all parts organized Handle returns Coordinate with office staff Skills Some computer knowledge helpful (will train the right candidate) Excellent organizational skills
