Ez Truck Repair is a fast-paced heavy-duty truck repair facility committed to high-quality service and quick repair turnarounds. We are looking for an experienced Parts & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our parts operations—from sourcing and vendor relationships to stock room organization and technician support.

Key Responsibilities Department Oversight:

Manage all daily operations of the parts room, ensuring technicians have the correct heavy-duty components ready to minimize job delays.

Inventory Control & Auditing:

Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, prevent overstock/shrinkage, and reconcile inventory in our shop management system.

Sourcing & Purchasing:

Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate volume pricing, track order deliveries, and manage returns/core credits.

Work Order & Counter Billing:

Accurately assign parts to specific repair orders, manage parts pricing/margins, and assist with counter sales or customer inquiries as needed.

Receiving & Logistics:

Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, unpack stock, and maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts storage area. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or heavy-duty parts counter roles within the commercial truck, trailer, or fleet repair industry (required). Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems, OEM/aftermarket components, and electronic parts catalogs. Proficiency with inventory management and shop management software.
