Job Summary OEM Experience is a plus!! Family environment, room for growth, and great pay! Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Clerk, where you'll be the vital link in ensuring smooth operations within our automotive service and parts department. Your role is to manage inventory, assist customers and technicians, and coordinate with suppliers to keep our automotive repair and manufacturing processes running seamlessly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, supply chain expertise, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to automotive excellence. Whether you're handling parts procurement or supporting warehouse logistics, your contributions will drive our success every day. Responsibilities Manage inventory control using advanced order management systems and DMS software to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment Assist customers with parts selection, providing expert advice on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and automotive diagnostics tools Coordinate with suppliers for procurement management, sourcing, and negotiation to secure quality parts at competitive prices. Support automotive service teams by providing mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting parts issues and equipment repair needs Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to warehouse safety protocols. Ford Experience is a plus
Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory management, or supply chain management within an automotive or manufacturing setting Hands-on knowledge of automotive diagnostics, auto body repair supplies, OEM parts sourcing, and automotive repair procedures Familiarity with DMS systems similar platforms used for procurement, order management, and inventory control Experience working with dealership environments or in roles involving shipping & receiving, logistics, and procurement management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, suppliers, and customers. Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
