This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable using computers, and eager to learn the automotive industry in a structured, team-driven environment. No automotive parts experience required. We provide paid training for motivated candidates with strong computer skills and a willingness to follow established processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases Support service technicians and advisors by sourcing parts for repair orders Use dealership computer systems (CDK/Drive) to look up, order, and bill parts Accurately follow established procedures and department processes Maintain clean, organized work areas and inventory locations Use Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook for daily communication, tracking, and documentation Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications:

Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Strong computer skills required , including familiarity with: Microsoft Excel Google Docs Microsoft Teams Microsoft Outlook (email & calendar use) Comfortable learning new dealership software systems Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and standard operating processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
