Job Description
Love County Diesel is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Marietta, Oklahoma. This position is a mix of office duties and hands-on shop support, so we need someone who is comfortable working on a computer as well as helping wherever needed. Responsibilities Assist with customer billing, invoicing, and basic office paperwork Enter invoices, receipts, parts, and other information into the computer system Help maintain accurate parts and inventory records Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts Make local parts runs and pick up supplies as needed Communicate with vendors regarding parts, pricing, and availability Help keep customer and job information organized Answer phones and assist customers as needed Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and general office organization Receive deliveries and verify parts and supplies Help move, load, unload, and organize parts and shop supplies Perform other office and shop-support duties as needed Qualifications Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning invoicing, inventory, and other business software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a busy diesel repair shop environment Able to safely perform heavy lifting , including lifting and moving parts and supplies Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record for parts runs Basic knowledge of automotive or diesel parts is a plus, but not required Previous experience with invoicing, inventory, bookkeeping, parts, or office administration is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed . The right person will be just as comfortable working on an invoice or inventory spreadsheet as they are making a parts run or helping unload and organize a delivery. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be an important part of a hardworking local team.
