Fulfill internal parts requests promptly to support efficient shop operations. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries professionally. Research part numbers and availability using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems. Process parts orders, invoices, and transactions accurately. Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and inventory control. Coordinate special orders and communicate updates to customers and service staff.
