This position is within the Service Department and reports to the Service Manager. The Parts Handler is responsible for pulling all parts needed for the Service Technicians, the Service Contractors, and any parts needed to ship to the customer or retailer network. The Parts Handler will work under the direction of the Parts Coordinator in:

• Gathering parts to complete part requests
• Work directly with Transportation Coordinator to ensure parts are loaded into the homes prior to shipment
• Ensure parts are being shipped
• Work daily with the Service Coordinator to have parts prepared for contractor pick up Other Duties Include"
• Delivery of shorted or incorrect materials as needed
• Assist the contractors and in-house technicians when arriving parts are picked up
• Assist Pre-Service Technician as needed
• Maintain clean, organized Service Shed
• Other duties as instructed by

Service Manager Qualifications:

• Time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
