This is a full-time role with real upside — we have a management opportunity available for the right person, and we promote from within whenever we can. What you'll do: Assist technicians and service advisors in sourcing and purchasing the parts and supplies they need Answer incoming calls and fulfill orders for wholesale and retail customers Seek out and grow parts business, and help hit monthly sales and gross forecasts Use product knowledge and an understanding of vehicle components to take care of customers Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking, and shipping Help maintain perpetual inventory Keep the parts counter, work area, and stockroom clean and professional What we're looking for: Minimum 1 year of experience in an auto parts sales role CDK experience preferred Computer proficiency Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on a high level of customer service Able to work evenings and Saturdays High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Inventory control experience: 1 year (preferred) Valid driver's license (preferred) What we offer: $40,000 - $50,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid training Paid vacation and paid time off Employee discounts on vehicles and service Management opportunity available — we promote from within
