Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive parts. Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology. Ability to provide outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. A Friendly, welcoming attitude and a willingness to help other team members. Must have computer skills including using parts catalog, word excel, accounting software. Complete and Maintain Manufacturers training as necessary. Prepare and process special orders and accurately stocking parts Able to lift 50 +/- Lbs Experience with CDK, Parts Catalog, Parts ticketing systems is a plus.
