Position Summary Reports to the Pricing Supervisor with the primary role of assisting sales staff with various requests such as special project pricing, new product creations, invoice discrepancy investigation, low margin resolution, and pricing claim reconciliation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Investigate low margin sales and collaborate with sales teams to find resolution Identify and resolve inconsistencies between manufacture claims entered, and claim payments received Provide sales staff with special pricing for residential projects through special quote requests and maintain job pricing database Prepare internal price pages and additional customer documents Perform serial # adjustments to existing transactions to validate warranty or rebates Complete new product creations in SAGE ERP and provide support for sales staff selling new products Ensure validity of supplier pricing and reconcile discrepancies on supplier invoices Assist with other pricing department tasks as required

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

Attention to detail/data entry into multiple platforms Moderate to advanced experience in Access/Excel/Outlook Critical thinking when presented with problems requiring multiple solutions Ability to handle a steady workflow in an efficient and timely manner

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or math related preferred Experience performing data entry and typing Industrial or Residential HVAC product knowledge preferred •Russell Sigler, Inc.
