In this role, you will combine data analytics, sales collaboration, and Microsoft Excel to optimize pricing strategies and enhance revenue management. Your expertise will drive data-driven decisions that maximize profitability and improve customer segmentation efforts across our ERP system and supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business growth through daily pricing strategies and improvements to training for all staff through Eclipse knowledge. The Software Systems position supports the accuracy and profitability of the company by maintaining product pricing, managing vendor cost updates, and assisting with data integrity across systems. This role will develop strong working knowledge of Epicor Eclipse, E-term, and internal pricing structures while supporting daily operations across sales, purchasing, and accounting. The stronger desire to learn and teach will lead to great success in this position. Key Responsibilities Pricing & Cost Management

• Assist with loading and updating vendor price files into the system
• Convert vendor price sheets into organized Excel workbooks for import and analysis
• Maintain and audit pricing accuracy across inventory and customer accounts
• Learn and support company pricing matrices (cost plus, contract pricing, SPAs, etc.)
• Identify and correct pricing discrepancies Product & Data Maintenance
• Perform new product setup and cleanup (descriptions, cost, units, categories, etc.)
• Ensure product data is clean, consistent, and usable across all systems
• Assist in ongoing database maintenance and standardization Software & Systems Develop working knowledge of:
• Epicor Eclipse ERP system
• E-term interface
• Delivery/logistics software
• Customer-facing applications
• Phone and communication systems
• Support system updates, testing, and troubleshooting as needed Vendor Rebates & Programs
• Learn to process and track vendor rebates (monthly/quarterly)
• Maintain organized records of rebate submissions and payments
• Assist in reconciling rebate discrepancies with vendors Reporting & Analysis
• Use Excel to analyze pricing, margins, and cost changes
• Build and maintain basic reports to support management decisions
• Assist with identifying margin improvement opportunities

• Qualifications Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, data organization)
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and pricing structures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate across departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing, accounting)
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
