Retail Price Book Coordinator Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Price Book Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate pricing and product data across our retail platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PDI pricing and merchandising software, a strong understanding of retail price structures, and excellent data-entry and communication skills. Responsibilities Maintain and update the company price book to ensure accurate pricing across all retail locations and channels. Enter and audit product and pricing data in PDI (and related systems) to ensure consistency and correctness. Coordinate price changes, promotions, and displays with merchandising and store operations teams. Reconcile discrepancies between POS, price book, and supplier-provided information; research and correct errors. Produce regular reports on pricing accuracy, exceptions, and trend analysis to support pricing decisions. Assist with onboarding new products and SKU changes, ensuring correct categorization and pricing rules. Provide support for store inquiries related to pricing and product data. Participate in periodic audits and work with cross-functional teams to improve pricing processes. Qualifications 1-3 years experience in retail pricing, merchandising, or price book management preferred. Hands-on experience with PDI pricing/merchandising software strongly preferred. Strong understanding of retail pricing structures, promotions, and SKU management. Excellent attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across operations, merchandising, and store teams.
