This is a customer-facing, hybrid role that combines estimating, product knowledge, and project coordination in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for someone who understands apparel decoration—or is eager to learn quickly—and can confidently guide customers toward the best production methods while maintaining speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Generate accurate and timely quotes for contract and retail customers (target: within 2 hours) Recommend appropriate decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, DTG, patches, etc.) based on project scope, budget, and timeline Identify potential production issues early (artwork limitations, placement concerns, garment compatibility, etc.) Manage retail orders from quote through production handoff Communicate directly with customers to clarify specs, timelines, and expectations Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution Maintain pricing accuracy and protect margins across all quoted work Utilize internal systems and tools to track quotes, orders, and customer communication Qualifications 2 years of relevant experience in apparel decoration, print production, estimating, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of textile decoration methods or willingness to learn quickly Ability to interpret artwork requirements (vector formats, placements, basic production constraints) Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple quotes and orders simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions Preferred Experience Experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, InkSoft, or CRM systems Background in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products Familiarity with high-volume quoting environments What Success Looks Like Fast turnaround on quotes without sacrificing accuracy Strong decision-making around decoration methods and feasibility Clear, confident communication with customers and internal teams Consistent margin awareness and pricing accuracy Ability to keep multiple projects moving without bottlenecks

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
