Summary/Objective The Pricing Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent pricing across all store locations through high-volume data entry, system oversight, and process coordination. This position serves as a liaison between the Pricing Manager and store-level Pricing Coordinators by supporting pricing execution, maintaining data integrity, and promoting standardized pricing processes across the organization. Position Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to) Pricing Data Entry & System Management Perform high-volume, detailed data entry of items, cost changes, and pricing updates into the pricing system. Manage bulk uploads, mass price changes, and item maintenance across all locations. Review and validate pricing data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date digital pricing files, records, and supporting documentation in accordance with established file maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve pricing discrepancies within the system. Pricing Accuracy & Oversight Monitor and audit pricing across store locations to identify inconsistencies, errors, and system issues. Ensure pricing data and system outputs align with company standards. Partner with store-level Pricing Coordinators to correct errors and improve pricing execution. Store Support & Coordination Serve as a resource for store-level Pricing Coordinators regarding pricing processes and system use. Provide guidance and clarification on pricing procedures and expectations. Support the rollout and execution of pricing changes, updates, and initiatives across locations. Reporting & Process Support Run routine pricing reports and identify discrepancies or trends requiring follow-up. Support the Pricing Manager with data validation, reporting, and execution tracking. Assist in maintaining standardized pricing procedures and documentation across locations.

Supervisory Responsibility None, but provides support and guidance to store-level Pricing Coordinators. Pay Scale We believe in paying employees fairly for doing work of comparable character in line with the Oregon Equal Pay Act, and we've implemented an internal pay scale system based on hours worked. This position is part of our internal pay scale, which means for every 1040 hours you work, you'll move to the next level in pay until you reach the maximum of the scale. Work Environment This position primarily operates in an office setting while supporting pricing operations within a retail food environment. The role involves regular interaction with team members across multiple store locations and may require time working within retail store environments. Travel Occasional travel to store locations may be required
Requirements:
Required Education, Skills, and Experience Current Food Handler's Permit Three (3) years of pricing, data entry, grocery retail, or related administrative experience. Strong data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing and/or inventory systems. Strong digital file maintenance and recordkeeping skills, including the ability to organize, maintain, and efficiently retrieve electronic files and records. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of data. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet frequent deadlines. Multi-location retail experience preferred.
