Fun Your Experience:
1) You have specialty retail experience and/or experience in a fast-paced work environment. 2) You have experience working as a team member. 3) You have experience in the Pet industry and handling animals. 4) You have sales and customer service skills. As a Pet Health Ambassador, your responsibilities may include: 1) Greet and interact with clients - come out from behind the counter for conversation. 2) Understand the pet and customer's need and assist them with making the best decision for the health of their pet. 3) Provide complete product knowledge and solutions 4) Pair Supplements with food purchases 5) Have knowledge of ailments & disease in order to provide the best product recommendation. 6) Advocate for the health and well-being of dogs and cats in a holistic manner 7) Have personal experience with products and your own pets. 8) Interact with Vets, organizations and groups throughout the community. 9) Process each transaction with accuracy and observe details. 10) Stock retail shelves in the morning, mid-day and evening. 11) Unpack products, sticker and re-ticketing when price changes occur 12) Complete daily tasks listed out. 13) Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. 14) Meet sales goals and spiffs as directed and encouraged. 15) Participate in special events when needed. 16) Organize and maintain product placement. 17) Advocate for the company while at work and outside of work. 18) Attend staff meetings and staff social events
