If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, listening to music, and working independently, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As the face of our brand, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming first impression and driving customers to our store. What You'll Do Hold and display promotional signs to increase visibility and direct customers to our dispensary. Use energetic movements, sign-spinning techniques, and a positive attitude to attract attention. Represent the Mr. Nice Guy brand professionally while interacting with the public. Greet customers in a friendly, respectful, and welcoming manner. Arrive on time and maintain attendance for all scheduled shifts. Stay in communication with management throughout your shift. Follow all company safety and operational guidelines while working outdoors. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance. Comfortable standing and remaining active for 5-8 hours per shift. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently while staying motivated.
