This is not a traditional desk-based social media position. We're looking for someone who wants to go get the content. You'll spend time at gyms, fights, BJJ tournaments, skateparks, beaches, fitness events, competitions, and other places where interesting people are doing interesting things. Your job is to find the people, moments, and communities that fit Enjoyable—build relationships, get the brand in front of the right audience, capture authentic content, and turn those experiences into engaging social media. What You'll Do Shoot photos and short-form video for Enjoyable Create and edit Reels, Stories, TikToks, and other social content Visit gyms, fights, BJJ tournaments, fitness events, skateparks, beaches, competitions, and other relevant locations Find fighters, BJJ athletes, surfers, skaters, fitness personalities, creators, and other people who fit the Enjoyable brand Build genuine relationships with athletes, creators, gyms, and local communities Coordinate and distribute approved Enjoyable merchandise and promotional materials Encourage and collect user-generated content Respond to social media comments and DMs Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and recurring content series Stay on top of social trends and identify opportunities for the brand Track content performance and help determine what's working Experiment with new ideas, move quickly, and execute Who We're Looking For You don't need a marketing degree or years of agency experience. We care more about creativity, personality, initiative, and execution.

You should:

Be 21 years of age or older Understand Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and short-form content Be comfortable shooting high-quality content with an iPhone Have basic-to-intermediate video editing skills Be outgoing and comfortable approaching and talking to new people Have a strong eye for content that feels authentic rather than overly produced Have an interest in cannabis, fitness, combat sports, action sports, or lifestyle culture Be dependable and capable of working independently Be willing to spend a significant amount of time out in the field Be comfortable attending gyms, events, competitions, and other content opportunities Bring ideas to the table and actually execute them Be willing to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly Understand that cannabis-related content requires additional awareness of platform rules and responsible marketing Want to grow alongside an emerging brand Existing involvement in MMA, BJJ, fitness, surf, skate, content creation, cannabis, or similar communities is a major plus.
