Support daily sales and marketing initiatives by delivering an outstanding customer experience during every interaction. Participate in ongoing AT&T Brand Ambassador coaching focused on communication, customer engagement, sales, and marketing development. Continue building professional sales, customer service, and marketing skills while growing as an AT&T Brand Ambassador. Qualifications of the AT&T Brand Ambassador High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required. Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
