Sales Ambassador — Boardwalk Lotus Boardwalk Lotus is looking for a motivated, personable, and performance driven Sales Ambassador to join our team. About the Role As a Lotus Sales Ambassador, you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle buying experience from the initial introduction to the delivery of their new Lotus. You'll build lasting relationships, understand each customer's needs, and help them find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and driving passion. Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner. Learn and communicate the features, technology, performance, and benefits of Lotus vehicles. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Prospect for new customers through referrals, follow-up, networking, and digital channels. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales process. Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership processes. Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to provide seamless customer experience. Stay current on Lotus products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A genuine passion for automobiles and performance vehicles. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
