Responsibilities Actively promote wireless products and services through engaging product demonstrations and in-person customer interactions Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and addressing concerns with confidence Collect valuable data during customer interactions to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, product highlights, and brand messaging to increase online visibility Organize and participate in local events, in-store promotions, and community outreach activities to boost brand presence Handle sales objections effectively by emphasizing product benefits and tailored solutions to meet customer needs Educate customers on retail store product knowledge, technical features, and service plans to enhance their understanding and satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail sales is preferred but not required; a passion for customer engagement is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with data collection, social media management, or event marketing is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through excellent customer service skills Knowledge of wireless technology, products, or retail store operations will be advantageous Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other digital devices necessary for product demos and client communication Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings; energetic attitude with a proactive approach to promoting products Compensation & Benefits $ 22.00-$26.00 hourly Commission opportunities in addition to hourly pay Bonus opportunities Weekly pay Mileage reimbursement Partial cell phone reimbursement Employee discounts Ongoing training and development Opportunities for internal advancement What We're Looking For We welcome applicants with a variety of professional and educational backgrounds.
