This is a street-level role focused on visiting smoke shops, introducing the product, dropping off samples, collecting buyer information, and creating qualified leads for our inside sales team. In addition, a big portion of the role will be dedicated to hosting brand pop-ups at our partners' cash & carry locations. You'll be moving fast, talking to store owners daily, and helping us build real traction market by market. This role is ideal for competitive, social self-starters who like being out in the field and want to grow with an early-stage brand. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily store routes within your assigned territory (25+ per day) Conduct door-to-door outreach to smoke shops and specialty retailers Professionally introduce products using samples and leave-behinds to spark interest Collect complete and accurate store information: Buyer/decision-maker name; Phone number; Email; Distributor used Submit daily activity and leads via CRM or mobile form Provide proof of visit for each drop-off (photo verification required) Assist inside sales by setting follow-up appointments via phone or text when needed Revisit warm locations to build momentum and expand coverage Support pop-up events at distributor cash & carries or trade events as needed Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally at all times What We're Looking For (Must-Haves) Confident, outgoing personality with strong people skills Comfortable walking into stores cold and starting conversations Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (gas stipend provided) Comfortable using mobile forms, CRM tools, and taking verification photos Nice-to-Haves (Not Required) Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, promotions, or retail merchandising Smoke shop, vape, or specialty retail experience Spanish or another second language (a big plus in certain territories) Extras Performance-based bonuses per closed lead Opportunity to move into full sales or territory manager role Flexible schedule with clear activity targets No field sales experience?
