AGM Agency is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador whose primary mission is to get Better Dog Supplements (owned by Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer) placed in local retail stores throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. It is an in-person retail sales and business-development role. You will identify prospective stores, introduce the product to owners and buyers, secure new retail accounts, and help establish lasting relationships that lead to reorders. What you'll do Identify and approach local pet stores and other qualified retailers. Present Better Dog Supplements to store owners, managers, and buyers. Secure new accounts and get the products placed on retail shelves. Explain the product line, customer benefits, pricing, and retail opportunity. Support new stores through their initial order and product introduction. Maintain relationships with existing accounts and encourage reorders. Plan efficient travel throughout your assigned three-county territory. Track store visits, prospects, opportunities, and follow-up in the CRM. Report progress against account-opening and sales goals. What we're looking for Confidence approaching local businesses. Strong in-person communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel throughout the territory. Ability to manage follow-up consistently and work toward measurable targets. An interest in dogs and pet wellness is helpful. Compensation $3,750/month base Uncapped commission.
