Brand Ambassador Service Pros Auto Glass $750-$2,000 per Week | Weekly Pay | Full-Time Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside partnered automotive dealerships. This position focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and helping dealership customers coordinate windshield replacement services. Compensation Earn approximately 750-2,000 per week based on performance Weekly pay Additional earning opportunities Training and continued support provided Schedule Monday through Saturday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Approximately 40 hours per week, with a possible two-hour variation depending on business needs Lunch break provided What You'll Do Engage customers in dealership service lanes and waiting areas Identify potential windshield damage and auto glass replacement opportunities Educate customers about available windshield replacement services Generate qualified customer leads Help customers begin the scheduling and replacement process Coordinate appointments with the service and installation teams Build positive relationships with dealership service advisors, managers, and technicians Encourage referrals and help increase service volume Accurately track leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive brand presence inside partnered dealerships Work toward individual and team performance goals Qualifications Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and demeanor Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required Benefits Employees are eligible for full company benefits after 90 days of employment, including: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Company training and development programs Opportunities for internal promotion Team events and company outings Employees are also eligible for FMLA benefits after 1 year of employment, in accordance with company policy and federal guidelines.
